Meet Live Wildlife at Woodland Wildlife Encounters

On June 19, 2021 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m., you and your family are invited to celebrate the work of the Wildlife Conservation Center at the Woodland Wildlife Encounters event at Sippo Lake Park.  Meet live ambassador animals and hear their stories.  Afterwards, take a stroll down the trail behind the center and enjoy a Trail Tale, the original story, “Don’t Scare the Snakes” and a wildlife “Who’s Here Hike” with QR Codes linking to videos for a more guided experience.

The free event is open and registration is no longer required as of June 2, 2021.  The Wildlife Conservation Center is located at 800 Genoa Ave. NW, Massillon 44646 inside Sippo Lake Park-West.

Guests are encouraged to bring an item from the wish list. Most needed items and supplies include: dish soap, laundry soap, new and/or used baby blankets, and tissues.  A full list of items including gift cards to local pet supply stores can be found at the button below.
