Meet Live Wildlife at Woodland Wildlife Encounters

On June 25, 2022 from 1 to 3 p.m., you and your family are invited to celebrate the work of the Wildlife Conservation Center at the Woodland Wildlife Encounters event at Sippo Lake Park.  Meet live ambassador animals and hear their stories.  These animals represent their species and give us all a chance to see them up close.  Learn about their stories and characteristics, enjoy yard games, a snack, time to hike the trails around Sippo Lake Park, and a Stuffed Animal Hospital Booth where children can bring their favorite stuffed animal for volunteers to provide the animal a “check-up” and “certificate of good health.”

Free. No registration required.  The Wildlife Conservation Center is located at 800 Genoa Ave. NW, Massillon 44646 inside Sippo Lake Park-West.

Guests are encouraged to bring an item from the wish list. Needed items and supplies include: receiving blankets, paper towels, tissues, canned fish, canned green beans, and fruit/veggie baby food.
