2023 Outdoor Adventure Camps
Waiver, proper attire and a lunch are required for participation. You will receive further instructions when we receive your registration. Don't forget to prepare for time spent outdoors! Bring a hat and sunglasses, a water bottle, sunscreen, closed-toe shoes (no sandals), insect repellent, and curiosity.

Your 8-10 or 11-13 year old will learn new skills and build friendships in a safe, fun and active environment during this revamped three-day Outdoor Adventure Camp.
Outdoor Adventure Camp (Ages 8 to 10)
Dates:
June 12 to June 14, 2023, 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
Price: $40 for Stark County Resident/$50 non-Stark County Resident

Waiver, proper attire and a lunch are required for participation. Please sign-up for only one camp session, either July 17th or July 31, as they cover the same materials.
Wildlife Rehabilitation Camp (Ages 16 to 18)
Dates:
Sept. 19 to Sept. 21, 2023, 6 to 8 p.m.
Price: $20 for Stark County Resident/$25 non-Stark County Resident
Location: Wildlife Conservation Center-Sippo Lake Park 800 Genoa Ave., Massillon 44646
Details: Whether you're exploring career interests, deciding a major, or looking for a volunteer outlet, this camp will give you a great perspective on what wildlife rehabilitation is all about. This will be a hands-on training, but you will not be expected to do anything you are not comfortable with.
All participants must be 16 to 18 years old as of September 19, 2023, completed the Stark Parks Volunteer Application and Volunteer Waiver by Friday, September 15, 2023. Come dressed for the weather and ready to get dirty. Wear shoes that attach to the feet (no sandals). Sunglasses/hat, sunscreen, insect repellant, and water bottle are recommended. Upon registration, you will receive an email with instructions on completing the necessary forms.
