Congressman Ralph Regula Towpath Trail
Status Alert: Coxey Bridge to Downtown Massillon Closed
Beginning Aug. 5, 2026: The Jacob Coxey bridge from the Towpath Trail to downtown Massillon will be closed while a inspection contractor completes a review. The closure could last several weeks.
Hoover Trail

Quail Hollow Park
Status Alert: 100 Years at the Hollow Fundraising Campaign
The Mountain Bike Trail now has a daily directional pattern with a sign at the Trailhead. Bikers travel left (clockwise) on Tuesday, Thursday, and Saturdays and travel right (counter clockwise) on Monday, Wednesday, Friday, and Sundays. Hikers should walk in the opposite direction.

Walborn Reservoir
Status Alert: 2026-27 Hunting Seasons
Please wear bright clothing and use caution while hiking, horseback riding, or boating in the park as several hunting seasons run through the fall and winter season. The hunting area between Marlboro Ave. and Allen Dr. that also borders Osborne Ave. is once again open for the deer archery season beginning Sept. 26, 2026 to Feb. 7, 2027. Parking is off of Allen Dr. only.
Waterfowl gun hunting at designated areas around Deer Creek and Walborn Reservoirs during the fall and winter is by advance permit only through a lottery program ending on Sept. 7, 2026.
