Lace up those shoes ... If the name ends with trail or park, you can get your walk on! Natural surface trails and limestone for whatever you want to call it ... hiking, walking, jogging, running, or strolling. 

Dogs on leash are welcome to come along with you. Stay to the right and walk single file during your on-foot journey.

The Hike-a-Hundred group, part of the Healthy Adventures program, offers a supportive group to improve health and activity, meet new people, and visit new parks and trails.  Hike on your own and on guided group hikes while logging miles to the 100 mile goal during the entire year.
