Running

Explore the scenery on a variety of trail surfaces as the miles pass by on Stark Parks trails.  Loop trails, long distances, and out and back routes can help you train for a competitive race or just enjoy the activity that you love.

The Running Stark group, part of the Healthy Adventures program, promotes a friendly atmosphere to achieve running goals (150 miles in a year) through scheduled runs, race preparation and coaching, and social gatherings.

parkrun, a free 5k held each Saturday morning at Sippo Lake Park offers runners and walkers a timed course on various trails around the park.  Coffee and time to socialize conclude each event.
