Kayla Klement

Friends of Stark Parks Trustee
Kayla Klement is an avid runner, hiker, traveler, and enjoys doing just about anything outdoors. She has a large garden and spends a lot of time growing all sorts of fruits and vegetables. Kayla is an Associate Professor at Stark State College in the Digital Media and Administrative Technologies Dept. She holds a master’s degree in Technical Education from The University of Akron.
Kayla is a board member because she wants to promote and enhance the use of Stark Parks trails, parks, programs, and facilities. She has years of experience with committee leadership and management, planning events, website creation/maintenance, and connecting with people.
Kayla spends most of her time at Sippo Lake Park and Tam O’ Shanter Park because she loves the challenge these trails offer. parkrun is her favorite activity to participate in at Stark Parks. Kayla also enjoys participating in the Summer and Winter Solstice hikes.
