Summer Hike-a-Thon!
Ring in summer by hiking on June 20, 2024 (the longest day of the year) at several Stark Parks locations! You may choose to hike all day long on each guided hike or pick a few to attend.

Sunrise [5:54 a.m.] to Sunset [9 p.m.]
Hike #1 6 - 8 a.m. ● Quail Hollow Park (Manor House), 2.50-3 mi.
Hike #2 9 - 10:30 a.m. ● Nickel Plate Trail (Metzger Park), 3 mi.
Hike #3 11:30 - 12:30 p.m. ● Hoover Trail (Washington Square Trailhead), 3 mi. **Cancelled due to excessive heat
Hike #4 1:30 - 2:30 p.m. ● West Branch Trail (Timken Gatehouse), 3 mi. **Cancelled due to excessive heat
Hike #5 3:30 - 5 p.m. ● Sippo Lake Park (Marina off Tyner St.), 3.50 - 4 mi. **Cancelled due to excessive heat
Hike #6 6 - 7 p.m. ● Petros Lake Park (Perry Dr. Long Parking Lot), 2.50 - 3 mi. **Cancelled due to excessive heat
