Summer Serenades Concerts with the Canton Symphony
The popular concert series that combines the spontaneous sounds of nature and people enjoying a park with the orchestrated sounds of musicians runs June through Sept. this summer at Stark Parks locations and other township and city parks and local nature centers throughout Stark County. The free concerts will feature small groups of musicians from the Canton Symphony Orchestra. Everyone is invited to bring your favorite picnic food, games, and blanket or chair and enjoy the music and family friendly setting. Music begins at 6:30 p.m.
Supported by the Mary Renkert Wendling Foundation, Arts in Stark, Rotary Clubs of Stark County, Friends of Stark Parks, and Visit Canton.
What is Summer Serenades in the Park?
The series consists of one-hour performances in a casual program of light classics, pops, patriotic, and jazz and/or folk repertoire. In the event of inclement weather, a concert will be cancelled. Please check for updates the day of at the Canton Symphony Orchestra Box Office at 330-452-2094.

Spend a blissful evening with live music and live animals! The concert will intertwine live wildlife along with the performance. Concessions will also be available for purchase. In the event of inclement weather, this concert will be moved inside the Exploration Gateway, but spacing is limited to first come, first served.
