Stephen Kamph
Friends of Stark Parks Trustee
Stephen is employed by the Kenan Advantage Group headquartered in North Canton. He is a Compensation Analyst who administers both the Human Resources Information System (HRIS) and the Unemployment Compensation Management Program. Stephen graduated from Malone University in 2021 with majors in Business Administration, Marketing, and Finance. Post graduation he earned his Associate Professional in Human Resources (aPHR) Certification from the Human Resources Certification Institute. Stephen a Stark Parks Volunteer of the Year Award recipient in 2021. He is passionate about the great outdoors and has been actively volunteering with Stark Parks since 2016, serving in different capacities with various special projects, Geocaching initiatives, and Trailblazing.
Stephen strongly believes in the value of connecting people with nature and sees Friends of Stark Parks as an excellent avenue to support the mission of Stark Parks both through fundraising and strategic endeavors. He has been volunteering with Stark Parks for years and is excited about expanding into this capacity with the Friends of Stark Parks.
Stephen enjoys spending time on the Towpath Trail. He especially likes to visit the railroad tunnel and the aqueduct bridge near Canal Bend Trailhead and appreciates the tranquility and peacefulness of the area.
